Dr. Asad S. Ali is an internist in Cincinnati, Ohio and is the Chief Medical Officer for Medical House Calls. He is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Jewish Hospital Mercy Health-West Hospital and Mercy Health-Anderson Hospital and Mercy Fairfield Hospital. He received his medical degree from New York Medical College and residency from the University of Cincinnati. He has been practicing Internal Medicine for more than 20 years. Dr. Asad S. Ali has expertise in treating “medically complex” patients with a particular focus on aging adults. In his personal time Dr. Ali enjoys time with his family, traveling, and attending professional sporting events.
Angela Eten is a family nurse practitioner who has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry. She completed both her Batchelor and Master of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University. She holds a national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner. She has served the geriatric, mental health, and substance use population throughout her career and began working with Supportive Healthcare in 2024. Angela is passionate about providing quality care that is patient focused. During her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, reading, crafts, music, and attending dance competitions.
Brittany Wiles is an adult geriatric nurse practitioner. She completed her associate degree in nursing at Sinclair Community College in 2008 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2020. While working as an admissions nurse in the community setting, she completed her Master of Science degree from Northern Kentucky University in 2023. Brittany holds a national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an Adult Geriatric Primary Care nurse practitioner. She has worked primarily with the adult and geriatric patient populations and began working for Supportive Health Care in 2024. Brittany is driven to provide quality health care to adult and geriatric individuals in the community while striving to decrease hospitalizations for this population. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She has been married for four years and is a dedicated mother to their three daughters.
Carole Evans is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology nurse practitioner. She was a nursing assistant for five years, prior to becoming a nurse. Carole completed her associate degree in nursing, from Sinclair Community College. Then completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ohio University, while working at Miami Valley Hospital in oncology. Carole completed her Master of Science degree while working at Bethesda North on the telemetry unit. She has worked exclusively for the adult/geriatric patient population since becoming a nurse practitioner. Part time, Carole is also an Adjunct clinical professor for Xavier University. Carole is married, with three children. She is active in her church and her children's activities.
Courtney Foust is a family nurse practitioner who recently joined our team. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati and her Master of Science in Nursing at Tennessee State University. Courtney holds a national board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner. Courtney is looking forward to working with the elderly population and providing high quality care in order to enhance each patient’s quality of life. Courtney believes in the importance of building a relationship with patients and fostering open communication in order to provide the most compassionate care. In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cheering on her local sports teams (WHO DEY!), and being out in nature.
Cynthia Mathias, a Cincinnati native, has been taking care of the geriatric patient population since 2016. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Saint Louis University. She worked as a registered nurse at UC Medical Center while obtaining her Master of Science degree through the University of Cincinnati. She is a board-certified adult-gerontological nurse practitioner through The American Association of Nurse Practitioners. During her free time, she enjoys running, reading, and enjoying time with her two girls, husband, and her dog, Wally.
Born in Havana Cuba, and since a young age, Dr. Hernandez dreamed of becoming a physician, inspired by his next-door neighbor, who was a retired well-known physician. He went to Havana’s medical school finishing his doctor degree in 1985 at 24 years of age. Dr. Hernandez was selected to go straight to his internal medicine residency which he completed in 1989 with honors. In 1990 Dr. Hernandez was selected for an intensive care fellowship program that he also completed a year later in 1991. He was an intensive care attending until he left Cuba. Dr. Hernandez emigrated to the Dominican Republic in September of 1993, obtaining the physician license that allowed him to practice medicine until he then emigrated to USA in 1994. While passing his medical boards, he was a house physician at the Hialeah Hospital in Miami Florida where he was nominated the house physician of the year in 1996 and 1997.
Dr. Hernandez was accepted for his second internal medicine residency training at the Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati which I completed in 2001. I was nominated the intern of the year in 1998 and the resident of the year in 1999 while training at Jewish Hospital. Dr. Hernandez has practiced medicine since 2001, focusing on geriatric medicine. He has served as the medical director in several facilities within Cincinnati and has a passionate advocate for our geriatric patients over the last 23 years.
Michelle Waddell is a Nurse Practitioner with 11 years of experience. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Public Health from Purdue University, then attended the College of Mount St Joseph’s accelerated MSN program. Michelle and her husband, Logan, moved to Austin, TX for 3 years, where she worked as a critical care nurse in a level 1 trauma ICU. Obtain returning to Cincinnati, Michelle worked at The Christ Hospital in the PACU while she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Xavier University. Michelle is passionate about providing quality care to our elderly population and adults who are recovering from a hospital stay. In her personal time, Michelle loves spending time with her husband and two young boys, Oliver, and Graham. They love doing activities outdoors, traveling, and going to breweries.
Jennifer is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University for her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree. She also has degrees in Music Therapy and Counseling from Tennessee Technological University. Jennifer has been working in mental health and psychiatry for over 25 years. She has a passion for Geri-psych and has been working in long term care facilities in the Greater Cincinnati area for almost 15 years. She also has a passion for teaching and precepting new nurse practitioners as they develop skills to provide high quality psychiatric care. Jennifer enjoys going on adventures with her two children, going to Broadway shows, and watching her children in their sports and drama activities.
Lisa Wilson DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received her DNP (Doctorate of Nursing Practice) degree from the University of Cincinnati. While attending UC, she also completed her master’s degree in nursing administration and Post Master's as a Certified Nurse Practitioner. Dr Wilson brings 26 years of clinical expertise gained in the areas of critical care, renal transplantation, neurosurgery, and interventional radiology. In pursuit of better outcomes for her patients, Dr Wilson has decided to transition from acute care medicine to chronic care patient management. This progression will allow her to coach, educate and motivate her patients toward better health and wellness and hopefully prevent complications and undesirable outcomes. Recognizing a rise in mental health concerns and understanding that mental health wellness plays an important role in overall wellness, Dr. Wilson is currently completing certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Northern Kentucky University.
Kristin has had a lifelong passion for helping others and started her career in nursing after graduating from the University of Louisville as a Registered Nurse in 2016. At the beginning of Kristin’s nursing career, she enjoyed working in the ICU with a focus on cardiovascular health with TriHealth for many years. While working as an ICU Nurse, Kristin attended NKU for her master’s in nursing with a focus on family medicine. Kristine has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since November 2022. During Kristin’s leisure time, she is busy loving her dog Bear, who is the center of her world. Kristin also enjoys spending quality time with her husband while traveling and exploring the outdoors.

Minh Vo is a certified nurse practitioner with more than ten years as a registered nurse with a background in home health, med-surg, case management, and hospice care. She is bi-lingual in English and Vietnamese. Minh earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing with a certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and post-graduate certificates as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Indiana Weslyn University. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services in acute, long-term, assisted, and independent living. Minh possesses solid clinical skills enhanced by her natural ability to build rapport with facilities, including patients and families. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition. She understands that every individual is unique in their own way and provides an empathetic and holistic approach to care.
Meghan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Miami University in 2011 and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in 2018. She has a variety of clinical experiences including ortho/neuro, homecare, school nursing, primary care clinic, and telemedicine. Meghan is passionate about improving the delivery of health care, now and in the future. She also feels that positive outcomes, and patient experience is a high priority. While with her patients she focuses on each patient’s comfort level and is driven to provide patient centered care that is relationship-based with the patient and families to understand and respect each patients’ unique needs.
Mark Gooding is a physician assistant who has over 14 years of experience in post-acute care. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science at Miami University Ohio., He completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree at Kettering College of Medical Arts. Mark holds a national board certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He began working for Supportive Health Care in 2021. In his personal time, Mark loves spending quality time with his family, watching his kids play sports, various outdoor activities, and fitness.
Lauren Bechtel is a family nurse practitioner who has over ten years of experience. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University. While working at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, she completed her Master of Science degree. Lauren holds a national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner. She has worked primarily with the geriatric patient population and began working for Supportive Health Care in 2020. Lauren is passionate about providing quality care to decrease hospitalizations and improve the quality of life of our elderly population. In her personal time, Lauren loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, food, culture, Broadway, music, reading and spending time with her dog Augustus.
Dr. Rana Singh is an internist in Cincinnati, Ohio and joined Supportive Health Care in August 2022 but also Dr. Singh has worked with the Supportive Health care leadership since 2012. He received his medical degree from Kasturba Medical College Mangalore and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Singh is a Fellow of American College of Physicians (FACP). While in school, he was a merit student in the 8th , 10th, and 12th grade boards (this is similar to top 200 students in the state). Dr. Rana Singh has expertise in treating heart failure, asthma, non-Alzheimer’s dementia, among other conditions. He is married with two children. On his time off from practicing medicine, Dr. SinghI enjoys watching sports, playing tennis, and playing golf.
