Home Bound

Medical HouseCalls is a service for the “homebound” elderly. Homebound is defined as a taxing and burdensome effort to leave the home. Potential clients should call if their homebound status is unclear.

Routine Care

This service is designed to handle routine, non-emergency medical care. Clients of Medical HouseCalls are usually seen routinely every five to six weeks. The clinicians will be glad to arrange medical care in the hospital with another physician for you. For all medical emergencies, please call 911.

Medical HouseCalls accepts all forms of insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO’s. Private Pay is also available at the Medicare allowable rate.

Medical HouseCalls provides qualifying patients with care coordination services by nurses and medical assistants. Telemonitoring services are also available for patients with a medical need for those devices.
