Rachel F. Hunter APRN, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner with board certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She initially completed her associate degree in nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. In 2014 and started with UC West Chester Hospital in the stepdown and emergency room department. She started working on her Bachelor of Science in Nursing shortly after returning to Ohio. She completed both her bachelor’s in science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing with Chamberlain University. She has 17 years of nursing experience with a variety of experiences in neurology, telemetry, and emergency medicine. She has been practicing as family nurse practitioner for the past 4 years with experience in both urgent care and mental health. She recognizes that dealing with acute and chronic conditions can be challenging for those who are ill and their loved ones and providing quality compassionate care is what she strives to provide. She has three children and spends most of her spare time navigating her children to their sporting activities but love swimming, home improvement/décor, and gardening when she can.
